We have received notification the Senior Management Team of Aer Lingus has approved the ratification of the new Collective Bargaining Agreement. The Agreement was ratified by an overwhelming majority of the members who participated in the ratification process.
The employee Negotiating Committee would like to thank everyone for their strong show of support and their participation in this process.
The next step will be to incorporate the agreed upon changes into the new contract and then the Committee will proof read and sign off on those changes. Once that phase is completed, the new Collective Bargaining Agreement will be printed and distributed to the membership.
