On Wednesday January 20, 2016, the Arbitration was held at the DoubleTree Hotel in Seattle Washington.
In attendance was: Arbitrator John LaRocco; Board Member for the Union Isabel Dukes; Board Member for the Company Keith Abernathy; Union Council Jeffrey Bartos and Co-Council Lisa Vickery; Union General Chair Jackie Fay; Grievant Rachael Ackerman; Company Council Maranda Rosenthal and Company Representative Bob Hartnett.
The Union was able to present its case, but the Company has additional witnesses that will require us to schedule another day in the future. The parties will discuss setting another date and we will advise once that is done.
