Election Timeline

September 4, 2026: Nomination Meeting held at each D142 Local from 6:00 am – 8:00 am and 6:00 – 8:00 pm (local time).
October 16, 2026: Nomination Endorsement Vote (if necessary) held at each D142 Local from 6:00 – 8:00 am and 6:00 – 8:00 pm (local time).
December 11, 2026: Election held at each D142 Local from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm (local time).

Note: Requests for absentee ballots for each round must be received by District HQ by 15 days prior to each round.

Important Dates!

Absentee nomination forms must be received by September 4, 2026.
Absentee ballots for the October endorsement vote must be received to your Local election PO Box (included in your absentee ballot return envelope) by October 16, 2026.
In the event of an election, absentee election ballots must be received to your Local election PO Box by December 11, 2026.
