Recently, the company had contacted the Union regarding significant health care premium increases for the employees at Allied Aviation in Houston. After several days of discussions with the company, we were able to come to an agreement to lessen the impact of these premium increases and obtained wage increases for all workers. The Letter of Agreement is attached. Please take the time to read the Agreement and take note of any questions you might have. Bring your questions to an informational meeting and get answers before you vote. Questions or not – We need everyone to participate! Your committee is recommending acceptance of this tentative agreement.
