On June 19, 2018, your negotiating committee met in Kansas City, Missouri at District Lodge 142 to open negotiations. Present for the company were: Refugio Gasca, Manager, and Don Burns, Assistant Manager. Present for the Union were: Jessica Morris, General Chair; Jerry Lemke, General Chair; Al Matthys, Shop Steward and Ken Hall, Fueler.
We reviewed our opening position with the Company and passed our proposed changes to the contract, including Articles 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29 and the letters of understanding.
On June 20, 2018, the company sent counterproposals by email and we have responded.
