ATLANTIC AVIATION – PHL TENTATIVE AGREEMENT

To the PHL Membership:

Your Negotiating Committee met with the Company the week of June 11, 2018.  Present for the Company was Carol Morre, VP Human Resources;  Kurt Schmidt, VP of Regional Operations; John Butterworth, Regional Manager PHL Operations and John Watson, PHL Operations Manager.

Collectively, your Committee achieved a Tentative Agreement with Atlantic Aviation that secures wage increases, pension increases, enhancements to benefits and other language improvements. We are in the process of arranging the Tentative as a complete document of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with all changes clearly marked as required in the District Lodge 142 By-Laws, for the membership’s review. After the Tentative is completed, sufficient copies will be distributed to you by the PHL Grievance Committee. Your Committee will be available throughout the day on July 11, 2018 in the Atlantic Aviation Conference Room to meet with you and answer or clarify any questions and concerns you may have related to the agreement. Additionally, on July 12, 2018, we will conduct a vote on the proposed agreement. The polls will be set up on Atlantic Aviation property in the Conference Room. The times will be established to afford all members, all shifts, the ability to cast their vote and will be posted soon.

I want to thank Shawn Litton and Chris Beurket for the hard work, long hours and insight they dedicated to these negotiations. Additionally, I thank you, the membership and backbone of the PHL operation for your support, involvement and patience through the process. Without you, the successful operation Atlantic Aviation enjoys in PHL would not be possible.

Fraternally,

Bill Wise
