To the TEB Membership:
As you are aware, ratification meetings were held on Tuesday July 23, 2019 for the TEB members. Members of your Negotiating Committee were available on property for all shifts to address any questions, concerns or comments about the tentative agreement.
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, you, the membership, made a strong showing at the polls to cast your ballots for the tentative. All ballots were counted and the tentative was approved by this membership by 95% in favor of accepting the agreement.
The agreement, as voted, has been sent to the Company for a final review and printing of new contracts. As agreed, all improvements, enhancements and increases will be fully retroactive to June 16, 2019.
I want to thank, once again, Alan Mazza, Jose Lugo and Chris Nagy for the long hours and insight they contributed to bringing these negotiations to a successful completion. I would also like to thank the membership for the support they showed your Committee through the process and the strong vote towards the hard work needed to bring these negotiations to a close.
