ATLANTIC AVIATION – TEB TENTATIVE AGREEMENT

To the TEB Membership,

Your Negotiating Committee met with the Company the week of May 28, 2019 and the week of June 20, 2019. Present for the Company was Carole Moore – VP Human Resources, Tim Bannon – VP of Regional Operations, Joe Fazio – Regional Manager, John Santomauro – Sr. Regional Controller, Adam Rotbaum – Safety and Training Manager, Diego Navarrete – Operations Manager and Orlando Pena – Line Supervisor.

While the current Collective Bargaining Agreement was to expire on June 16, 2019, due to scheduling conflicts, the Company and the Union agreed to extending the terms of the CBA to bring negotiations to a successful conclusion. The extension agreement guarantees all enhancements, improvements and increases in wages will be fully retroactive to June 16, 2019.

Collectively, your Committee achieved a Tentative Agreement with Atlantic Aviation that secures wage increases, enhancements to benefits and other language improvements. We are in the process of arranging the Tentative Agreement as a complete document of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, with all changes plainly marked. Once the review is complete, in accordance with the District 142 by-laws, sufficient copies of the Tentative Agreement will be distributed to you, the membership, for your review for a minimum of 5 days, after which, ratification meetings will be scheduled where your Negotiating Committee will be available on property to answer any questions there may be, followed by a ratification vote. Notice of these meetings and voting will be posted after the review and scheduled dates in the near future for the process are set.

I want to thank Alan Mazza, Chris Nagy and Jose Lugo for the hard work, long hours, insight and dedication they dedicated to these negotiations. Additionally, I thank you, the membership and backbone of the TEB operation for your support, involvement and patience through the process. Without you, the successful operation Atlantic Aviation enjoys in TEB would not be possible.

Fraternally,

Bill Wise
