• Thank you but I am not referring to the vote and meetings for the T/A   The IAM has commented that we do not have a good involvement with our local lodge meetings. How do they intend on handling the monthly meeting with us working from home? And if we can vote electronically for the T/A why can we not vote electronically for our representatives? How are they addressing this for the work from home population?

• I completely agree that CSS attendance policy is not at all acceptable and is something that IAM should be fighting for.
