The Company and the IAMAW met December 8, 2016 at Allied Aviation’s office at EWR. The discussion topic was the ability to hire and retain employees at EWR.   In addition to retention, the increase in the number of delays was also given as a reason for this increase – the need to keep qualified personnel.
