Association Negotiations Update – 09-20-19

Federally-mediated negotiations between the TWU-IAM Association and American Airlines continued this week in Washington, D.C. At the request of the NMB, the parties have agreed to keep details of our discussions confidential. Garamendi, Zeldin Reintroduce Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing Disclosure Act

On September 18, 2019 H.R.4374 – Aircraft Maintenance Outsourcing Disclosure Act, was reintroduced to the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.  The bill would require air carriers to disclose information on aircraft maintenance, and for other purposes.
