As you have seen in recent communications, the IAM Negotiating Committee has reached an exciting moment for all ExpressJet Flight Attendants!  Now is the time that we want YOU to join the team and demonstrate that we are united to attain the best possible contract! We are entering the Scheduling and Compensation sections of negotiations

The past three sessions of negotiations have been some of the most productive weeks we have had in over 2 years!  The IAM & XJT have 3 more weeks of negotiations remaining in 2016!  With that said, there are a few misunderstandings about what happens in negotiations, and how the final TA will be presented.

In 2014, IAM Local Lodge 2339H members voted to spend their dues money to send Flight Attendants to attend and participate in the IAM’s 2014 Legislative Conference in Washington DC.  Like other IAM Local Lodges, Local 2339H sent delegates to be active in the conference and be part of a coordinated effort to lobby Congress
