On Monday, March 09, 2020, Arbitrator Charlotte Gold issued her ruling on the contract dispute between the IAM and ExpressJet Airlines. In her ruling, Ms. Gold ruled that the Tentative Agreement of March 18, 2019 will be implemented. In addition, she also granted an additional $850,000 which will be distributed in lump sum bonuses of $897.57 per flight attendant listed on the July 15, 2019 Integrated Seniority List (ISL). This additional award is a result of the benefits our members would have realized, had the TA been ratified and all provisions of that TA were implemented.
