Since we corrected the dozens of duty day violations a few months ago, both the Grievance Committee and PBS Working Group Committee has been working tirelessly throughout both the pairing construction process and bid award process to ensure your rights are protected.
We are pleased to report that the Company has been very receptive to our input and there has been a significant decrease to issues and complaints regarding the PBS process, but we are aware that we must remain an active part of the entire process in order to continue to improve bid awards.
