As we all received the news of the upcoming changes to our fleet, we know that all change can bring uncertainty and anxiety. Your union will be ensuring you are protected under your collective bargaining agreement. This announcement does provide the first long term capacity purchase agreement we have seen in years which will provide stability. We know the loss of the 175 aircrafts is difficult after all the hard work we put into getting them into service. But we are looking forward to the company refurbishing the aircrafts and finally giving our members the tools to provide a quality product to our passengers. This announcement will provide a new DEN base which will also open up opportunities. We have already addressed the issue of the aft jumpseat being reinstalled on the new 145 aircraft and throughout the refurbishment process. Management responded that it has not been discussed yet but they are aware of our concern. Just like all the changes we have been through, we will get through these changes together.
