We had very productive talks with the Company over the open economic issues and we have agreed to meet with the Company over the next 2 weeks to proof read the final language of the Sections that we have already reached a tentative agreement on during this long negotiations process.
We expect another negotiations session to be scheduled after our proof reading meetings before the end of the month.
Your committee anticipates that this process will be coming to an end and you will be able to vote on a tentative agreement soon.
