Sisters and Brothers:
As we have previously communicated, we filed general grievance 41 regarding a violation of ERJ LOA 19. District 142 President Directing General Chair, Dave Supplee and I heard this grievance on September 15, 2018 with the Vice President of Inflight.
On September 21, 2018 we received a denial letter from the Company. We will be appealing this general grievance 41 to the next step in the process as outlined in Section 18.
We will continue to keep you updated as this grievance progresses.
