Your negotiation committee met with ExpressJet the week of April 16, 2018, in Atlanta, GA.
After numerous discussions on the few remaining items, we were able to find some common ground. However, we were unfortunately unable to reach agreement on some key issues, most importantly elements of compensation and health care.
The mediator provided a document to both parties to consider possible solutions to those remaining issues. Your negotiations committee will be reviewing the mediator’s document.
We will await notification from the mediator on future meetings with the company.
Your committee is hopeful that this process will be coming to an end and you will be able to vote on a tentative agreement soon.
