We have received several messages concerning cancellation of overnights as schedules are being updated almost daily. If this has happened to you. please go to XJT>ERJ Crewmember>Crew Care Hotels>insert start date>insert end date>retrieve trips

If hotel accommodations aren’t updated the day your trip begins, please email and go to XJT>ERJ Crewmember>crew care support>crew hotel concerns>type message (details of overnight please add phone number) date and time>send
