Dear Sisters and Brothers:
The Holiday Season is upon us, bringing families and friends together in celebration and fellowship.
As an IAM Air Transport District, many of our members we represent will spend all or part of their holidays hard at work, keeping planes in the sky and ensuring that people and packages make it safely to their destinations. Our aircraft also support and service our workers and members who are supporting our military missions. It is with much gratitude and appreciation that we extend a special thank you to those whose sacrifices make it possible for the rest of us to enjoy time with our families.
We also pause to remember our Sisters and Brothers in the Armed Forces, especially those overseas, who cannot be home for the holidays with those they love, while protecting the rights and freedoms we enjoy. We thank you for your service to our country.
All of us at District 142 would like to wish each of you and your families a safe and happy holiday season. May it bring you joy, peace and happiness. We are thankful for you!
