Your IAM District 142 negotiations team met with Air Wisconsin the week of October 14, 2024. We planned to meet with the company on October 16 and 17, but after the meeting on Wednesday, the 16th, it became clear that they did not have an economic counter to the team.
During our meeting, the company passed us an LOA draft for the “Charter Flight” work for the M&R group.
While your union negotiations team was disappointed in the company’s lack of an economic counter, we realize that what we passed them the week of September 16, 2024, was very detailed.
We are scheduled to next meet with the company the week of December 2, 2024. As always, we appreciate your unwavering support and solidarity throughout these negotiations.
