Your IAMAW District 142 leadership team has prepared a survey for the Alaska/Hawaiian Airlines membership. Your participation in this survey is one of the most effective ways to communicate your needs and desires to your District 142 Negotiations Committee. It is vital for your negotiating team during the collective bargaining process. This is a way for you, the member, to get involved with negotiating your collective bargaining agreement.
The QR codes and links below will take you to the survey for the upcoming 2025 Alaska/Hawaiian Joint Negotiations. Please note the separate surveys for each of the three contracts and select only the contract you currently work under. This will help us better identify the most critical issues for each workgroup.

Your negotiating team strongly urges everyone to complete the survey before January 12th, 2025, so that we may compile the results in a timely manner and begin the negotiations on schedule. Our goal is to bring back to our membership the best Tentative Agreement for you to vote on.
