Brothers and Sisters:
As has been communicated previously, the IAMAW through District Lodge 142, and Allied Aviation have been engaged in negotiations over the past several months to enter into a Master Collective Bargaining Agreement that will fall under the Railway Labor Act (RLA), and which will initially cover all of the IAM locations in the United States. Because of the length of these negotiations, the current IAM-Allied Fueling contracts at the DCA, EWR and SAT airport locations that were negotiated under the NLRA have been continued under extensions. Due to the complexities associated with completing this process, the current IAM contract extensions are in place and continue as follows:

SAT October 31, 2021
