The ratification vote on your new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) will be conducted online. Voting will open at 8:00 AM CDT on Monday, May 11, 2026, and close at 5:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
You must be a dues-paying IAM member to vote. Shortly after voting opens on May 11, you will receive an email and/or text message from Election Buddy with a link to the online voting site. Click the link and follow the instructions to cast your vote.
Once the voting window closes on May 12, we will tally the votes and post the results on our website and email or text them to each member.
If you are not currently a member of the IAM, you can complete a membership application online and join today! Click the link or scan the QR code below to go to the Membership page on our website. There you will find a link to the membership application, along with a short tutorial to help you complete it successfully.
