POST ON ALL IAM BULLETIN BOARDS
Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Following negotiations conducted the week of August 8, 2022, resulting in a Tentative Agreement for our Amentum Customs and Border Protection (CBP) members, a ratification vote was conducted at the Homestead Air Reserve Base in south Florida.
The new Agreement was ratified by an overwhelming majority with approximately 82% of the eligible membership participating in the vote.
District 142 would like to thank IAMAW Aerospace Coordinator Tony Wirth for lending his assistance, the PAE negotiating committee, Jesus Farinas and Richard Gordon, for their assistance, and the PAE membership for their support and steadfast patience during these negotiations. Your negotiating committee members deserve your thanks for their dedication in achieving another excellent IAMAW contract for our CBP membership. If there are any questions concerning the changes to your recently negotiated Collective Bargaining Agreement, feel free to reach out to your General Chair, Jim Samuel, by phone at (859) 653-4037, or by email at . With best wishes, we remain
Sincerely and fraternally,
John M. Coveny, Jr.
