Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your Tentative Agreement ratification vote will be conducted online by the IAM Ballot Site. Voting will open at noon on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, and close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 13, 2025.
IAM District 142 will send an email to the personal email address of every member in good standing at Atlantic Aviation TEB, twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours before the opening of voting. Attached to that email will be a personalized document with the information you need to cast your vote, including the IAM Ballot Site website URL (and a QR code), the Ballot ID Number, and your IAM Card Number, which you will use to register to vote on the IAM Ballot Site. A sample voting document, like the one you will receive, is linked below so you can familiarize yourself with the process.
We expect to have the results soon after voting closes on August 13. Once we have notified the Company and the IAM Air Transport Territory of the outcome of the vote, we will post the results on the District 142 website and email them out to our Atlantic Aviation news bulletin list and text message list.
If you haven’t already, now is a great time to sign up for emails and text messages from District 142. To sign up for emails, visit our website at www.atd142.org and click the button at the top of the page titled “Join Our Email List.” Be sure to check the box for Atlantic Aviation on the sign-up page. To receive text message alerts from District 142, click the button titled “Sign up for Text Messages.”
As a reminder, your District 142 General Chairs, Jim Samuel and Todd Roan, will arrive at TEB Monday morning and depart Tuesday afternoon. They will be in the station and available to answer your questions and concerns about this Tentative Agreement and the vote. Thank you for your support and solidarity through your negotiations. Your Negotiating Committee and District 142 leadership unanimously recommend a YES VOTE for this Tentative Agreement.
Sincerely and fraternally,
