Dear Sisters and Brothers:      

IAM District Lodge 142 has prepared an online survey for our British Airways Customer Service and Engineering members. Your participation in this survey is one of the most effective ways for you, the members, to get involved with your negotiations. By completing this survey, you will be communicating to your negotiations team the issues that matter most to you. This will enable our negotiation team to effectively present your proposals to the company.
