Your IAM District 142 Engineering Negotiation Committee met with British Airways Leadership at the District 142 Headquarters in Phoenix on March 26 and 27, 2024.
There were several passes and discussions during this session, and we are pleased to announce we have secured tentative agreements on the following articles:
- Article 2 – Scope of Agreement
- Article 4 – Classification and Work Requirements
- Article 7 – Travel on Duty Away From Base Station
- Article 9 – Filling of Vacancies
- Article 10 – Leaves of Absence
- Article 12 – Sick Leaves and Special Leaves
- Article 13 – Grievance Procedure
- Article 18 – Union Security
- Article 20 – Part-Time Employees
As these negotiations near resolution, we want to thank all the members at British Airways for your continued patience, support, and solidarity.
