Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiating team met with the British Airways CSA leadership in New York City on February 28 and 29, 2024. After the completion of this round of negotiations, we are pleased to announce we have tentative agreements on five additional articles.
- Article 5 – Hours of Service
- Article 7 – Travel on Duty Away From Base Station
- Article 8 – Seniority
- Article 12 – Sick Leave and Special Leaves
- Article 13 – Grievance Procedures
The Union and the Company made several passes on wages. We have made positive progress, but we believe the Company is continuing to fall short on their offers.
Thank you for your continued support, patience, and solidarity. Your Negotiating Committee will continue to work with the Company for a Collective Bargaining Agreement that our members deserve.
