Your IAM District 142 Negotiation Committee for Customer Service met with British Airways at the District 142 offices in Phoenix on March 20 and 21, 2024.
British Airways exceeded our expectations in addressing the members’ needs and concerns. We are pleased to announce that we reached tentative agreements on the following articles during this session:
- Article 2 – Scope of Agreement
- Article 4 – Classification and Work Requirements
- Article 9 – Filling of Vacancies
- Article 11 – Vacation with Pay
- Article 17 – Wage Rules
- Article 18 – Union Security
- Appendix B – Benefits
- Letters of Understanding
As these negotiations near resolution, we want to thank all the members at British Airways for your continued patience, support, and solidarity. Our goal is to bring you a complete tentative agreement to vote on soon.
