Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiation Committee met with CommuteAir leadership on March 19 – 21, 2024, in Houston.
We reached three more tentative agreements this week on:
- Section 8 (Vacations)
- Section 13 (Leaves of Absence)
- Section 9 (Sick Leave)
There are now only three sections remaining open, all of which directly address your pay. Those sections have been passed multiple times and the Union and Company continue to move in a positive direction.
The Union would like to thank the Company for a productive week. We are optimistic that we’ll be bringing you an agreement to vote on soon.
Our next meeting with the Company is scheduled for April 30 – May 2, 2024, in Cleveland. We will update you again after that session.
