IAM District 142 is actively engaging Southwest Airlines leadership in discussions regarding the Me-Too clauses of our contract.
These discussions are centered on:
- The amount of increase to top-of-scale wages.
- The ratification bonus as it applies to our agreement.
We are continuing to work through this process. Once we have all the data compiled, including dollar amounts and the time frame for implementation determined, we will inform the membership.
