Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Your IAM District 142 Negotiations Committee met with Jetstream leadership on November 16 and 17, 2023, at the District 142 offices in Phoenix. The following Articles were discussed:
- Article 10 – Dues Checkoff
- Article 11 – Grievance Procedure
- Article 12 – Notification of Personnel Actions
- Article 13 – Seniority
- Article 15 – Hourly Job Descriptions
- Article 16 – Hours of Service and Overtime
- Article 17 – Vacancies, Shift Bids, and Promotions
- Article 18 – Wages
- Article 19 – Paid and Unpaid Time Off and Leaves of Absence
We were able to reach tentative agreements on all the Articles above except Articles 18 and 19. We expect to have discussions with the Company early next week on all outstanding items.
