IAM MEMBERS AT AER LINGUS UNANIMOUSLY RATIFY NEW COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

Dear Sisters and Brothers:

IAM District 142 members at Aer Lingus have unanimously ratified new Collective Bargaining Agreements with significant enhancements aimed at improving the members’ wages, job security, health benefits, remote work language, and more.

IAM members at Aer Lingus are represented by two separate contracts which include Reservations Agents, Senior Reservations Agents, Ticket Agents, and Cargo Sales Agents. Our District 142 team negotiated improvements for both books.

District 142 General Chairs Jeff James and Ken Coley worked together with Aer Lingus Shop Stewards Diane Seddio and Pam Romano during many long days of negotiations with company leadership. We are extremely proud of our members at Aer Lingus who stuck together as a unified group and truly exemplify what solidarity means.

Your IAM representatives will continue to work with Aer Lingus going forward to help implement this new agreement. We thank you all for your continued support and patience.

If you have any questions about these new agreements, please reach out to a Shop Steward or General Chair for assistance.

Sincerely and fraternally,

John M. Coveny, Jr.
