Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM District 142 members at Allied Aviation IAH have voted overwhelmingly to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement that includes average wage increases of 25.34% across all classifications, annual wage increases over the life of the contract, signing bonuses, and improvements to vacation language and grievance procedure.
We want to take this opportunity to thank our members and shop stewards at Allied, who have stood together as a unified and committed membership in a true show of solidarity throughout these negotiations. We will continue to work with the company and our members in IAH to assist in implementing this new agreement, including getting the signed agreement printed, and in your hands, as soon as possible.
