IAM District 142 is proud to announce that our members at Atlantic Aviation TEB have voted YES to ratify their new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Highlights of the new CBA include wage increases for all levels and classifications, a $1500 signing bonus, retroactive pay to the expiration of the contract, premium increases, sick time buyback provisions, and improvements to vacation accrual, surveillance language, progressive discipline language, and shift language.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our members at Atlantic Aviation who engaged with our General Chairs and Negotiations Team members this week during the station visit and then participated in the online ratification vote.
Your District 142 team will work closely with leadership at Atlantic Aviation to ensure the new contract language is understood and implemented in a timely manner. Please don’t hesitate to contact a shop steward or General Chair if you have any questions or concerns about this new agreement.
