Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM District 142 members at Jetstream PHX have unanimously ratified a new Collective Bargaining Agreement.
The new agreement includes a 5% wage increase retroactive to January 1, 2024, and an additional increase of approximately 2% on January 1, 2025, totaling 7% over the life of the agreement. Additional enhancements include improvements to the shift bid and vacation processes, stronger union representation language, promotions by seniority for Leads, and an additional holiday.
We are extremely proud of our members at Jetstream PHX who have stood together in solidarity and supported our District 142 team through these negotiations. This membership is growing stronger with each contract and we are thankful for their solidarity and commitment.
District 142 leadership will work with Jetstream leadership going forward to assist in the timely implementation of the language in this new agreement.
