Dear Sisters and Brothers:
Flight Attendants at National Airlines have voted overwhelmingly to ratify a historic first contract with IAM District 142.
The newly ratified Collective Bargaining Agreement includes wage increases ranging from 8% – 30% on the Date of Ratification, increased uniform allowances, hotel accommodation improvements, job security, 150% premium for involuntary hours, classroom and online training pay, grievance procedure, and Safety and Scheduling Committees.
District 142 leadership has informed the company and the IAM Air Transport Territory of this successful ratification vote and will now move on to preparing the final version of the contract to be made available to our members. We are proud of the members at National Airlines who have worked together with their negotiating team to secure the contract they deserve. We look forward to working with our membership as this new contract is implemented and appreciate your steadfast solidarity.
