With approximately 84% of eligible members participating, a significant majority of IAM District 142 members at PSA Airlines have voted NO on the tentative agreement.
Your DL 142 leadership has notified the Company of these results and both the Union and the Company will now begin working on the next steps in the process.
The National Mediation Board (NMB) will be notified and with their support, we will begin scheduling dates for future meetings/negotiations.
Your DL 142 Negotiations Team is preparing a survey of the membership to determine exactly what issues to bring back to the table when we reconvene for negotiations. We should have the survey prepared and out to the membership within the next 10 days. We will send out additional notifications at that time.
You, the membership, have made your voice known loud and clear. Please be assured that your Union leadership has heard your voice and we are prepared to continue to fight for you at the table until we can bring back another tentative agreement that you will be proud to vote for.
