Dear Sisters and Brothers:
While we have made significant progress at the negotiating table, we still have more work to do to achieve the contract that our members deserve. So, as we strive to conclude negotiations, we have agreed with Menzies to a contract extension until April 14, 2023.
We are talking with the company to establish dates for future talks. All terms and conditions of the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) are to stay in full force and effect during the term of this additional extension. Any improvements to wages in the new agreement will be retroactive to January 14, 2023.
