Your IAMAW District 142 Negotiating Committee met October 12, 2022, to review contract proposals submitted by the membership. The committee then met with Menzies Aviation leadership on October 13 and 14, 2022 at IAMAW District 141 Headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
Your negotiating committee: Ed Dahlin, Mike Moore, Paul Mauldin and Ron Robinson, exchanged proposals with the company and discussed the following Articles:
- Article 2 – Scope of Agreement
- Article 4 – Classification of Work
- Article 5 – Seniority
- Article 7 – Hours of Service
- Article 8 – Overtime and Holidays
- Article 14 – General and Miscellaneous
- Article 15 – Sick Leave
- Article 17 – Vacation
- Article 23 – Pension Plan
- Schedule “A” Wages
The week was very productive, and we will be scheduling additional meetings with the company in the near future. While progress was made on some Articles, we still have work to do and with your support we will reach the best agreement for our members. With best wishes we remain
