Dear Sisters and Brothers:
The IAM/Menzies ORD-474 Agreement will expire on January 14, 2023. Accordingly, a call for contract proposals is now being made. All proposals are to be submitted on a contract proposal form and received in the District Lodge 142 office no later than September 23, 2022. When submitting more than one proposal, please use separate forms.
Each submission must contain the following information:
• Identify the article, paragraph, and page number to me amended
• Proposed contract language change or modification
• Example of problem or reason for change
• Your name, Local Lodge/Station, and employee number and/or IAM Book number.

Contract proposal forms can also be obtained from your Shop Steward or the District 142 website at atd142.org, completed, and then returned to your Shop Steward or mailed to Air Transport District 142, PO Box 51416, Phoenix, AZ 85076-1416.
