Dear Sisters and Brothers:
IAM District 142 recently issued a call for proposals for the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) set to expire on June 10, 2026. Those proposals have been received and will be assessed prior to negotiations to formulate the Union’s opening proposal.
Dates have also been secured for these negotiations. Meetings will take place on June 2, 3, and 4, 2026, in the greater Chicago area. As we move closer to the negotiation dates, additional information will be provided via a District 142 bulletin.
