Leadership and Negotiating Team members from IAM District 142 and Southwest Airlines met on Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at Southwest Airlines Headquarters in Dallas, TX to officially sign the contract ratified in December of 2022.
We would like to thank our dedicated Negotiating Team members and General Chairs for their steadfast resolve, commitment and solidarity on the journey to a new Collective Bargaining Agreement for our members at Southwest. We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to our counterparts at Southwest who continued to return to the negotiating table to work towards a successful agreement.
The IAM looks forward to successfully working with Southwest for many more years and continuing to improve the lives of our members and their families. Congratulations to all!
