IAM / Southwest Airlines Messages During Vote

POST ON ALL IAMAW BULLETIN BOARDS

Sisters and Brothers:

Some members may be receiving error messages based on the following issues seen below, when attempting to cast their vote. Please make sure you do the following to be sure your vote is properly cast and counted:

1. If you pre-registered to vote, you must log-in with the same email address, in order to access your pre-registered ballot.
2. Your card/book number will always begin with 2 letters, followed by 6 numbers. Example Only: WN005555
3. You will receive a confirmation email from indicating your vote was successfully cast. Check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you have not received confirmation.
4. “No open ballot” message means your vote was cast successfully.

Once again, your Negotiating Committee recommends a YES VOTE on this Tentative Agreement.
