As we prepare for negotiations between the IAM and Southwest Airlines for the NCP workgroup, it is important for us to know what issues in your job and work life are most important to you. We have created a simple survey for you to rank those issues in order of importance. This gives us valuable feedback on what you, the membership, most want and need from a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
