Your IAM District 142 Negotiation Committee received the Company’s counteroffer for Article 5, Classifications, on January 27, 2026. After reviewing and discussing the proposal, the Committee determined that additional adjustments are needed for it to fully meet the NCP group’s needs and expectations. Both parties remain relatively close on the issue, and we look forward to continued work toward a mutually acceptable resolution.
A new bargaining session was scheduled for February 26; however, due to a scheduling conflict on the Company’s side, the meeting was postponed. A rescheduled date is expected for the week of March 9.
