Negotiations between the IAM and Southwest Airlines resumed on November 18, 2025. This session focused on Paid Time Off (PTO).
The Company informed us that they will not be ready to respond to our proposal by the next scheduled negotiation dates of December 3 – 4, 2025.
We are looking at future dates for rescheduling and will send a notification once those dates are established.
