As you are aware, all our IAM District Lodge 142 members at Southwest Airlines should have received their signing bonus in their paycheck for Friday, January 20, 2023. Many of you have reached out this morning to inform us that the amount of your signing bonus was incorrect.
IAM and Southwest Airlines leadership have discussed the issue and anyone who did not receive the correct amount of signing bonus, based on company seniority, will receive the difference in their next paycheck.
