The Southwest Airlines phone banking has been completed and we are currently in the process of compiling all the information we received. Once the data is analyzed, we will contact the mediator to establish dates to continue negotiations.
Your General Chairs have continued to visit their respective assigned stations, meeting with the membership and Southwest Airlines leadership, and continuing to address all issues and concerns.
A meeting with Southwest Airlines leadership was held last week at company headquarters in Dallas, Texas. The issues discussed included Customer Support & Services (CS&S) union representation globally, staffing, Mandatory Overtime (MOT), Rest Rule and other concerns throughout the Southwest Airlines system. A follow-up meeting will be scheduled soon.
